Breeder Warnings

It is our opinion whenever you are purchasing a shar pei or any dog for that matter, that you do your homework, ask questions, phone others that have purchased dogs from that breeder.

Be aware that a bad breeder will have a few preselected people you can contact but there are other ways of getting the information you need. You are about to spend a lot of money on a shar pei puppy so make sure you get a healthy dog with good temperment and good blood lines.

There are some very unscrupulous breeders out there, and we used to list the ones we knew about, however changes to the laws have forced us to remove these breeders or face criminal charges, so we encourage you to do your reserach!!

You see those breeders who breed only for money are the ones that through a tempertantrum blaming the warning as the problem for their reduced sales, when in fact it is there terrible breeding practices that are the problem.
