Things You Should Know Before Choosing A Breeder - Breeders to be aware of..

• We have recently received several complaints from a breeder operating under the name of Gelunbu or Gelunbu Celebrity Wrinkle From Sioux Falls & Colorado Springs.  The health of the puppies she has been selling is coming under scrutiny and she has not been honoring health guarantees.  Please use caution when dealing with this breeder.    
  
• After posting about Gelunbu/Gelunbu Celebrity Wrinkles [above] we have now also received reports of this breeder [Kay and her daughter] taking deposits and not providing a puppy or a refund claiming that the potential buyer is unfit.  She also seems to show up and take puppies back claiming their new home is unfit.  Not only is it devestating that your puppy/dog is suddenly yanked from underneath you , there is also no refund forthcoming.  "WATCH HOW YOUR BILL OF SALE AGREEMENT IS WRITTEN AND WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE."

• GELENBU or CELEBRITY WRINKLES = We have confirmed that the dogs she breeds carry amyloidosis - just recently Jafia who was less than two years old died. This breeder is worreid about nothing more than the money she puts in her pocket.  She may now be operating under another kennel name - her name is KAY CHRISTOPHER - her last known address is 3313 South Center Siox Falls, SD 57104.   BE VERY CAREFUL - I have case after case of her dogs dying. She's been to court numerous times. She'll feed you a line of bullshit and make up all kinds of excuses. Just check the pedigree and if you dont' understand it go out to the shar pei boards at yahoo. They'll help you!
  
• Surrey BC House Of Wrinkles owned by Melissa Salt who has developed a reputation for producing dogs of poor termperment. (Don't confuse this with the other good House Of Wrinkles breeders in the US and UK)
  
• Christine & Sarah - located in Surrey BC - recently dumped Shar Pei pups in the Fraser river. They also just open the door and let dogs they no long want go. Please don't support this type of breeding. They know not what they are doing, can't read or even have pedigrees. Have bred many bad pei.    Christine & Sarah keep changing kennel names, so I don't know what name they are using now. Sarah is Christine's landlord as Christine lives in the basement.    
  
• Puppyfind is a site where you can located puppies for sale. This is a nicely laid out site but something you should be aware of is that those selling puppies can pull any negative comments left for them and the person is not allowed to repost. That does not mean you should not deal with the site. It's a good site. But it does mean that you should exercise caution and you should follow up on references.
